using "send as" and "from field" for an external account

Hey all,

Here is what I am trying to figure out.
I need to have a user that has a local account user@local.com that can use Outlooks From Field to send as the external mail account user@external.com.

I am using poproute to download and relay our external accounts.

ie...
my account is jokelly@rmelectronicsinc.com (exchange) and I need to be able to send a message as webmaster@rmelectronics.com (external website pop). I know I can use the reply to address, but I need it to show that it was sent FROM the external account.
