Using "or" with URL Parameters

Hello,
I'm able to use "and" (or "&") to include multiple paramters in a URL calling a Crystal Report, but when I try to use "or", I get the error: "operation not yet implemented". Does anyone know if there's a way to specify "or" with my paramters?
