i am wondering if there would be a problem,(i.e. performance or any other), if i hooked up a third hard drive on my primary slave channel of my raid 0 setup? any ideas? let me know thanks. i just want to use it for backup files and such

suzook,

Your post is a bit confusing.
third hard drive on my primary slave channel of my raid 0 setup?
As you are employing "RAID 0" you have at least 2 drives connected. I assume that you are using "IDE" drives and not SATA.

If this is correct, then you can connect another drive to any available IDE channel with no percievable hit on performance or otherwise.

Hope this helps
