Using PRF Files

I have outlook configured for my users with a PRF file which works really well apart from two issues. I cannot figure out where in the PRF file to change the two settings

1. All messages are sent with high importance
2. Slightly more complicated in that when I compose an email the contacts folder does not appear in the address list, so custom contacts are not available but need to be added in.

I would appreciate any help you can give to help me change these settings.

For # 2, You have to add it as an address book. I can't remember if this is the first or second step, but you can get there by going here:

Tools -> Address Book
Tools -> Options (within Address Book)
Click "Add" Button at the bottom of the form.
Scroll down and select "Contacts"
Ok out of windows.
See if that worked. If so, then you're finished. If not, then there's another step that I can't remember at the moment - it seems like there were two steps (at least here, where we are on an Exchange Server (2003 I think), and Office 2003.

I think there must be another step in here as it hasn't quite worked. I will keep looking at it.

However I was hoping for a solution to modify the .prf file as I have over 100 users with the same problem, and it is picking up the settings from our standard setup.

Yuck! I hope you find an easy solution for multiple users, then! It would be a headache to do it for all 100!
