I'm very new to the Linux server world and need to figure this out rather quickly. I've got a test computer up running Red Hat 8.0 with all the packages installed and all the updates through Red Hat's update software, and currently no firewall or security options. PostgreSQL was included during the installation and I've been able to connect through a normal non-secure connection from MS Access on my WinXP machine.

Can someone help me on what I need to do to set up an SSL connection? Information and guides are hard to come by on the internet, and I've tried following this page but the test procedures described did not work:

Is there any tips or tricks that I need to know to set this up?
