Hi,
I have a question regarding the use of Phantom DN's with SILC Ports for remote dial in access. The detail is that we have a succession 3 with 3 SILC cards installed. We run our rightfax server via one port and all the DN's are set up as Phantom DN's this all works fine as the DN's are DCFW to the SILC Port number in the programming of the DN.
Our remote access workers dial a DDI number and this is IDC'ed to the SILC Port number this si done via a router at the users end and another at our end. My question is can I use Phantom DN's to do the same thing I have programmed up some DNs to try and get this to work but have been unabel too, Our support vendor says its not possible. If you need more info let me know. any help is most grateful.
Thanks
Dave.
