using pervasive within citrix, occasionally crashes

Hi we have an application that utilises pervasive.

When using the application within a citrix environment it tends to hang on individuals sessions.

I have no idea why it does this and the only way to exit the application is to kill it.

has anybody else experienced this when using pervasive within citrix? I am trying to narrow it down, to whether its a compatibility issue with pervasive and citrix or the actual application itself,
any help would be appreciated thanks

Don't know if this will help but we have a pervasive app that is delivered through cirix.

Stuff like that happens if the user doesn't close out of citrix properly - I don't know too much about the inner workings of citrix but it it possible to see how many sessions a particular user has open at any one time.

If your app has login/logout logging information you may find that users are logging in multiple times but there is no record of them logging out - due to citrix not being used properly take a look at forum48.
