Using Persits for emailing a form

We lease our SQL servers and we recently got rid of the old an now have a new server. Using SQL Server 2000, VB 6. I have a ASP form, when filled out the user clicks submit and the form is emailed. It worked on the old server, but doesn't work now. I get the following error:

Activex component can't create object: "persits.mailsender'

I registered aspemail.dll on the new server. I gave everyone 'full control'. But I still get this error. Does anyone have a suggestions?
