Using PCI card in DELL 2600 Poweredge server

Hey,

the problem is that we want to install Windows Server 2008 DVD operating system but this server model has no DVD drive. We are thinking of connecting a DVD drive to a PCI IDE card. Does this server model DELL poweredge 2600 support booting from pci card? Or do you have better ideas to solving this problem? We think that the server doesn't support USB boot and it's really difficult to find old DELL supporting DVD drives to that server.
