Is there a way to have Access pull the contact info from Outlook and put it in a table. If there is, are you required to have a particular version to get it to work.

I looked at old posts here and saw that there was a bit on conversation about it, but I was unable to get it to work. I never got to the point where the wizard would work.

Please note I do not use MSOutlook for my mail on the computer that I was working on, I use Express. I then tried it on a second PC with MS Outlook and it still did not work.

I'm new so please be gentle.

You can link to outlook - you need to add it as a Reference, and then you can see all objects programmatically.

I have go it working but only in a basic form to create a message, fill various options, attach files and send.

There is loads you can do, but it's a big subject.

Thank you SeeThru.

What version of the two programs are you using?

PS: Can you recommend a book to learn more or a website?
