I have opened a mailbox in Outlook and given a user permissions to it, but found I had to give permissions to each folder. Then when I got to Inbox I had to give permission to each sub folder. Is there an easier way than this, there must be.
Also what does the permission tab in Exchange Admin do I added the user as a user and he couldn't open the mailbox
