Hi

Has anyone had to design a single report (to be used by two or more companies) to access different databases.

e.g The report could be say an invoice.
In the morning it could be run as Company A against
Company A database and in the afternoon it could be
run as Company B against Company B database.

Also we don't want to have to logon as a user and enter a password.

I'm thinking Business Views, AD and end to end SSO

Any help would be appreciated

Yes, many have done so.

Try to learn what version and edition of software you're using, and post requirements.

As I understand you, this sort of requirement is generally handled by parameters using Crystal Enterprise or a 3rd party product.

Successful posts tend to include:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data
Expected output

Another common way to build the data sources is to use MS Access and LINK (not import) the disparate data sources in and build an Access query to use as the Crystal data source.
