Using OLEContainer Component of BCB for MS Excel

Is it possible for me to access programmatically , any particular cell of MS Excel contained in my
OLEContainer component? If so, how?

I am interested to know because I would like to put preset values in the Excel sheet when the user opens
the form containing the OLEContainer component.
