I highly recommend against ODBC. It's a heavy provider and outdated along with always contains hardships in maintaining and setting up. I also see far too many people side step using proper security restrictions because they can't get it to work correctly.
But anyway thats my 2 cents
I'm assuming this is SSRS 2005.
When you create a new data source (right click "Shared Data Sources" in BIDS and click Add New Data Source.
I there where is says Type select ODBC. Of course this means you need the ODBC setup already. Click Edit next to Connection Strings. In there specify your ODBC. Say OK and you should be good to go
