Using ODBC connection to trigger Dream Writer report

We are using JDE World V7.3 Cumm 14 and I have been successful at sending ODBC SQL queries through the Client Access connection on our web server to our AS/400.

Using the web server, I would like to send a request (with required variables) to the AS/400, have it run the Dream Writer report, and then allow the web server to retrieve the report (as an ascii file for example).

Is this possible?
