Hello Everyone,

We recently upgraded to the Contact Center 6.0 and it is great and working fine. But we ran into problem of reporting.
We used to use the OBDC connect directly the blue database of the Symposium 4.2 and get the table and data. Then we transfer the data to Crystal for creating customize reports.
On the new Contact Center 6.0, we ran into problem which we could not connect to the blue database by using OBDC connection.
Does anyone have the same problem? if you have the answer or suggestion, please share your thought or solution with me. We try to use the Report Wizard from the CC6 but it mostly produces the can reports.
Thank for you help.

What login are you using? Check to see that it was created in the Server Utility (not the CCMA).

We are considering upgrading to SCC6, so I am interetsed to know that this is not a generic flaw in the system, as we use Crystal all the time with SCC 5 (or is it 5.5)!

Hello all,

I found the answer on the NTP. Here is the NTP number:
Historical Exporting NTP 297-2183-914. I got the document from the Nortel web-site and forward to IT for set it up. It work fine now, we can use the ODBC to the CC6 as we used to do on the SCCS 4.2.
