Using Nortel VPN with Window Vista

I just bought a laptop with Window Vista on it. I also use VPN to connect to work. My Nortel VPN version is: V05_01.110
When I try to use the VPN software to remotely connect to my workplace, I got this error message back: "Eacfilt Driver must be bound to active interface(s): Realtek RTL8101 Family PCI". Please help since I need the VPN connection to do after hour support as I am a programmer on-call 24/7.
