I have a customer who was sold Canadian 5.0XC software from their previous vendor, now I'm trying to use the workbook to aquire their programming. I'm getting an error message of "ICS AMC03NG.MAP does not match ANC02.MAP" I'm assuming it's because I'm using the NRU for U.S. and not Canadian, does anyone know if my assumption is correct?

I don’t know regarding the assumption...but-

Have you checked your map files folder to see if you have both those files? I have them in mine in both (eng) and (cfr) which I am guessing means English and Canadian French?

If you don’t have them- I could send.

Louie,

I don't think there is a U.S./Cdn difference in the NRU. But that said, the map file might be different for the 5.xXC as we didn't need UTAM codes for Companion. Bkrike, cfr does indeed stand for Canadian French. None of my Cdn Map files are exactly as you are reporting. All have either eng or cfr after the numeric entry.

bkrike and Arr, yeah I checked and I do have both of those files so I'm not sure what the deal is. Any other suggestions?

Once you open the workbook you may need to click on ICS then click on "Configure Workbook". Choose MICS CT2+ that is the canadian XC version.
