using network analyzer to monitor traffic

I am having problems with several of my 46xx phones. I would like to use a network analzyer to monitor the traffic of these phones via my C363T ethernet switch. I have tried port mirroring to analyze the traffic of one the 46xx phones. However, I do not see any of the packets from the phone. Please help me to be able to monitor the traffic from the 46xx phone via the C363t switch.
