Created Name Tag HGs for Day and nite Auto attendants. HGs are Reroute always to voicemail. Using Nite service to reroute reception phone manually. Everything works as it should except when a caller users the dial by name or dials an extension in the system, the call does not follow the endusers voicemail on ring no answer. The caller hears the Auto Attendant greeting again.
Contacted Mitel support and they said I should make it a voice HG. Making it a voice HG only works if I point a DID directly to it. Using "voice HG" in my scenario does not allow the call director to play. instead I get the voicemail box of the reception phone.
tried playing with the Call Director Line Group settings for Blind transfers but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
