Hi,

I live in Turkey, and unfortunately some websites are blocked down here.
Using web proxies is not really an option as they are slow and more often than not cannot handle flash/java stuff.
So I was wondering if I could use my domain (which has 24MB space, 1Gb traffic and is based in another country!!) to circumvent all this.

Sure. Try Squid or any other open source proxy. Tor would also help since it will encrypt your request and bounce it off a few hosts before decrypting but there is a performance hit.

I have a Squid install guide posted on my forum:
