Using multiple html links in a dynamic textbox

I cannot get the 2nd html link to show up when I publish my movie with this code of html in notepad:

Actually, can someone tell me why the link below won't work? Is it because it's got ? in it? How can I format that link to work properly?

Ok, I found it out to be the & sign that doesn't work. Is there a workaround for this?

Notice how at the end of the link, it's supposed to be 'type=team&sid=1144' not 'type=team&amp;sid=1144'. How do I change that back?
