Using MS Access database for Exchange addresses

I am running MS Exchange 5.5, and I want to use an Access or a standard client-server database for our company's global address list. I am looking for a run-time dynamic solution, not importing a static image of the database.

We are attempting to combine the data from several different internal databases that contain "contact" information. I know that there are solutions to have databases access Exchange on a run-time basis, but I am looking for something running the other direction.
