Using Mobiles via YSE Version 8 along with Mivoice Business

Hi - Is there anyway you can direct queuing calls to a group mixed with ACD Agents and Mobile devices? I know you can speed dial a mobile and put that speed dial in a Hunt Grp but an ACD Agent cant be in a hunt group.

Due to the Covid pandemic I have multiple people working from home/mobile and some office based

Any help or thoughts are greatly appricaited

Add Ip user licenses and EHDU licenses
create additional Agent ID's for the mobile users
- set the cos to be Make busy on login , make busy on logout , hotdesk answer supervision = yes
they MUST use a client to control availablity ( make Busy/presence Etc0
- called EHDA - external Hot desk acd

I have just added some of these for one of our customers
- works well - external number doesnt have to be a mobile either - can be any external number


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
