We are having some trouble getting our Mobile One X app to work.

We have followed the website here down to a T;

I thought the issue could be down to the subdomains being forwarded on the router to the one X server, so instead of having this set up through the sub-domains we have decided to just use the app over the the VPN initially. Although this hasn't worked either.

We are using Cisco anytime connect over the VPN (softphones are working fine with this but not mobile app. We can also ping the one X server from the mobile.

To configure this through the VPN, we changed the domain on the IPO to be set as the IPO address and the domain on One X to be set as the one x server address and then in the mobile app we set the the server as the local One X server address but it still says, 'cannot connect to server'.

Please can you confirm if this is set up correctly for the app to work over a VPN?

TIA,

Why?
Why not use an SBC and a certificate?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The customer now doesn't want this to be set up any other way than through their VPN.

Please can someone confirm if we have set this up correctly with the domain on the ipo being the ipo ip address and the onex portal domain being the one x ip address?

It is still saying connecting to server and their IT are saying there is nothing blocking this through the VPN.
