Could you remind me how to create loopback IP trunks and use them for rerouting calls to an internal extension instead of a toll-free numer which is pointing to one of the DID which is pointing to an extension. Some people are keep dialing long 800 number instead of short extension from their office phones even after we tried to educate them.

You can program IP trunk to your own system and then create a route to itself.
As part of the route use the Digit Modification rule to strip and/or change the dialed digits into whatever you want them to be.

Yes. I was a little bit confused in XNET ICP/PBX Assignment form where it wants PBX number and field Local PBX is prepopulated with value "No". It works now. So, no more calling to toll-free number :)
