Hello-
I am walking into a project that someone has left running away from. There are two domains.. Domain A have users that need to use the in-house Exchange 2007 Server for all things email at Domain B.. domain B will support all the users email entirely from OWA to mapi client mail...
I have gone over Exch2007's linked mailbox concepts via the use of powershell scripting within EMS which looks great!
My concerns are with:
When the users at domain A authenticate to the local DC and then point to Domain B's exchange 2007 email server.. what steps are necessary to make this happen in its entirety.. will I need to "move" the .prf file? and the .pst files for every user and make copies of them where the exchange 2007 server resides at Domain B?
If there is a url with all necessary steps or best practice involved that would be great to know.. Also, the interforest (external trust) is working between the two disparate sites so that has been handled and tested...
Thanks for any advice on this at all.
