Using LIKE in Query criteria

i have a need in my BusnID field in my Qry, to sometimes want:
A - ALL the combined divisions or businesses Like ALL.
B - to want just one division Like 4
C - to need two divisions Like 2 and 3

I am thinking of using "Like". What do you think?
I think i can use one Qry but use the Like to filter the division records.

how do i write this? I used to know. Can't recall. was it something as:

Like [Enter each busnID needed or hit Enter for ALL];*

I forget.
