Using Lightbox to display Flash Video

Hello all-

So I have gone through many different versions of lightbox clones, including lightwindow, shadowbox, and others that claim to display flv files in a lightbox format....but to no avail. I am building my site in Dreamweaver on a mac.

What is the best way to display videos in lightbox format? Please help!

I have been able to easily display images, but no success so far with videos.
