Using LDAP to authenticate to AD

I'm new to ldap and AD, but I have a web app that needs to authenticate users via AD.

Can anyone let me know what information I need to enter into the following grid please?

I have a user "Administrator" in "App Administrators" group in a "test" container.

My public domain is "mycompany.co.uk".

My AD domain is MYCOMPANY.local

GRID
LDAP Server Host Name: ldap.mycompany.co.uk
Bind DN: ?
Bind Password: password
Search DN: ?
Admin Group DN: ?

I've tried various connotations on dn=, cn=, o=, but no success yet! What is the structure this should take?
