hi guys
Ipo v2 release 10.0.0.2
Analogue lines
Digital phones 1408
I have been trying to get this feature to work.
I am using the business closed timer which is set to go to a mailbox in the ICR route.
Default: main auto attendant.
Open: main auto attendant
Closed: Nightmailbox.
User set up with a button..night mailbox on/ off--time profile-closed.
From The drop down menu the 5 choices show you which one you have selected with an arrow to the right side
I just realised someone said this can only be done with shortcodes and not the button toggle.
The intention is to use this function to switch of the night mailbox if some one stays behind late or comes in early in the morning when the night closed timer is on.
When I use the latch inactive I can switch off the night mail OK.
When I use the Timed operation it goes back to the normal timed setup.
My issue is when I try to use the inactive until next time active.
The system stays in the inactive mode..it doesn't go back to the timed operation unless I manually press it.
I set the time and via the phone for testing purposes..so as the times relate to the next timed interval.
I don't have a 9.1 to test with. So not sure if this is a bug on the 10.0. Or missoperation by me in understanding the function.
I haven't had the need to use this until now.
Any pointers in how to use this.
Ps: I did read the Thread from Gunnaro on his testing on this.
Just read this thread... So I have edit this post to reflect this
Maybe I can only use short codes.
I haven't set any up because I was wanting to use a button only to control this.
