Using JPEG file in my Access report

Dear friends,

My project is very simple. I have to just print a ID card for an employee from available records in the Access table. I use access report for this. I have stored the photos of the employees in JPEG format. While printing the report I am not able to get the image in the report. So please tell me how to bring the JPEG image in the report because it is an ID card generation report.
