Using JDBC with JBuilder to connect to remote MYSQL database

Hi.. I am using JBuilder to build my database application which needs to connect to a remote MYSQL database on server within the intranet. I have installed the JDBC driver on the server and tested it by running a java program on the server . It connects properly .. Now i can;t figure out how to connect to the database from the remote machine .. I am not sure if I need to install the driver again on the client ..

The server with the MYSQL database is running Redhat Linux 8.0 and i am developing the application on a system running windows . I need to connect to the remote server.

Can someone help me with this.
