I'm new to Jdev 9.0.2 and am trying to create JSP's
using BC4J data tags. I would like to use
javascript in order to display error messages if
the user has made an incorrect entry or has missed a
required entry. How might I go about retrieving data
from a BC4j data input field so that it may be used
in javascript, since it doesn't appear that I can
use javascript variables to directly reference
