Using IP with No Registered Domain Name for Cobalt XTR Server

I have a fixed IP address that I would like to use for a Cobalt XTR server. There is no registered domain name for this IP.

I am unsure how to specify this in the settings.

I have discovered that if I use an IP with a registered a domain name (and enter "

http://www"

as the Server Name and the web address as the Domain Name) I can access the server from the internet.
