We use forms that were designed by multiple insurance carriers. In other software we can scan in the forms as a background image and put controls on top of the image (as if it weren't there) and link those controls to grab data from an Acess 2003 db to prepopulate the forms for our client company employees. Most of these forms are multiple pages as well.
My question is can this be done with InfoPath 2003? If so how do I get the multipage image into the template?
