I am using a -INCLUDE function to include my SQL ORA connection attributes. However, I am getting an error which reads,

"there was a error running 'app/ftadc.fex' this error has to to with the file 'gsu_conn' it may be missing the internal errorcode was '1023' "

The GSU_CONN.fex (which contains the connection attributes) exists in the same domain as the calling FEX.

I've seen this work in other application; what am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Leo ;-)

Leo,

Since you are discussing "domains", I am asuming that you are using the MRE environment.

Using -INCLUDE in MRE will include a focexec within the domains application path. Check the include file to verify that the actual file name is what you are specifying and not what is being shown in the mre environment. You can do this by right-clicking on the include fex and selecting properties. There will be a file name associated with the fex that will be shown as app/myfex.fex. In other words if the display name was george_report then you would need to use -INCLUDE myfex not -INCLUDE george_report.

Thank you SO MUCH gizzy17!

You're the BEST!

That was the answer.

Yes.

Thanks,

Leo ;-)
