I have currently set up a number of optional fields that i want to use within IC internal usage. As i create a transaction i want to assign it to an optional field (e.g. Staff) and value (e,g, John). I am trying to print out total consumption of (e.g petrol) for John. How can i do that within IC.
I have tried using inventory movement report, however, it only uses a "Sort by" which can only reference to Item Optional Fields. In addition, i tried looking at GL transaction optional fields, but even there its far fetched, as i can only see amounts drawn for John and cannt see quantities.
Alternatively, i was thinking to create my own Macro. However, i think it will take too long.
Would anyone have any ideas?
