I have a Access XP database that can currently sent emails using Outlook XP without any problems.
But what I am looking at doing is have that database generate a hyperlink to the database itself with a /cmd on the end of it to take it to a form.
I can generate the hyperlink to just the database without any problems but as soon as I put on that /cmd it will not work. It comes back with "cannot find file '\\"c:\location of access" "c:\location of database" \cmd xxxx '. make sure the path or internet address is correct."
I can copy the location and that and create a desktop shortcut and it works without any problems.
Is it possible to do this in an email generated from the DB or is there another way of doing this??
Thanks
Andrew
