My projects (D7) so far have used the HTML Help component by EC Software.

Just upgraded, so I looked at the EC web site for a RAD studio version and found this (rather unhelpful) text.

Since RAD Studio 2005, Delphi has native support for HTML Help, making EHS actually obsolete. We recommend to use the native Delphi functions for HTML Help.

New Delphi on-line help churns out an unbelievable about of irrelevant stuff.
Anyone know what these new functions are?

I don't know what EHS is, but the old fashioned HLP help is done for in newer versions of windows, and is replaced with web help in a CHM file.

It does work with .chm files, allows context sensisitive use.
