Using HDX for Abandoned Calls

Hi experts,

Any ideas of how to use HDX to get Abandoned Calls and want to configure HDX in order to get Abondoned Calls CLID (the Abondonned Call phone number in order to call back)

You can use the Orchestration Designer and Server Administration manual to follow the HDX/DIW (Host Data Exchange/Database Integration Wizard) to setup the process to store the data.

Then use the EVENT command in your script to setup an Abandon event which would send data to your database.
