One of our users complains that when she sends an email the other party receives it 3 times. Any ideals?

Is it only one user? Is it internal to the mail system or is it sending out to the Internet?

I ran into this one at a client site recently, turned out to be a faulty hub. Something in the network is causing a delay, resulting in a message file being processed twice, three times; I've seen it reprocess a message file 10 times.

Anti-Virus software can also cause this. Exclude the domain and po directories. You can't scan the database files for virus anyway; you should have a scanner on the SMTP directories though.
