Using GoLive CS2 Templates

I am new to the application, so I want to use a template to build my first site. I have a .site window open with a basic.css and an index.html in it.

I have opened the Library palette and clicked on the Templates icon. All I see is a folder for Application-wide and my site. There are no templates shown.

Where do I find the templates?

Templates might have been excluded optionally at installation. Check the install CD.
