It pages fine but when you finish your page and hang up your end the FXS does not release for about 20 seconds or so. So what happens is you get about 10 seconds worth of Dial tone to the speaker before it drops the page. Is there anyway to stop this and have the port drop as soon as it detects silence.

sorry for the delay in this but I'm just now able to get back to it. they are using the Viking FXI-1. I've used it on some Norstar systems and they work well using and ATA but for some reason here it's not hanging up with the UCx quickly. Is there anyway to turn dial tone off on the FXS port? If I call the extension for the page everthing works great but when finished with the page and you hang up it takes about 10 to 15 seconds before the port hangs up. So for about 5 seconds or so you hear Dial Tone before it drops.
I think if I can tune off dial tone that might work also so they don't hear it through the speakers.
