Hello
i have a website that i want to run on linux apache, but an haveiong a difficult time.. it runs on IIS now, using a webcam that snaps a picture every 2 seconds, and ftp's it to a ftp dir that i have as a webdirectory. so when the page loads it can pull up the image from its own directory.

i can get my site working on apache, but cant seem to get ftp upload to work - which upload is allowed for /var/ using redaht 7.2 and or 7.3

any ideas on how ot have something ftp and saved in this dir would help

i was using the default wu-ftp, ill check out proftp thx

I'm not saying that Wu can't do it, I just prefer ProFTPd. I can help you better if your using Pro, but I'm sure that there are other people here that use Wu that can help you if you don't want to switch.
