We are using Header files to get the header,A table is started after the formation of header and a <TD> is opened.This <TD > is getting closed in the Footer file.
Now My problem is there are Three frames in the ASP that I have to use and since the header is starting the <td> tag the frames cannot be used in the ASP.
The usage of the Header and footer is mandatory and cannot be altered.
Is there any other way of using the frames I don't want to use the tables in the Div or layers as scroll bars are required in the two of the frames ,I tried using the CSS but this doesn't really help as there will be the browser related issues associated with such implementation.
I am stuck with the problem and cannot move forward,Please help
