Using FoxPro tables on Palm's 1

Far as I can tell, both of these create read-only PDB files on the Palm, and I don't know from a cursory reading their formats or what software might be able to update them, if that's what you need.
Other things you can look for are PalmOS development kits for Oracle and IBM's DB/2. I seem to remember that they were at least at one time free downloads.
