using foxpro 2.6 for windows distribution kit to print

I have foxpro 2.6 for windows. I have used the distribution kit to create a program for several users that works great except for one thing: printing.

We have labels that are 13.6X2 inches. In the report writer I have set this as the default print driver, but it does not choose this setting when my users try to print. So I have to put the prompt setting in the label format command. They then have to manually choose this setting before they print. It would save them a fair amount of time not to have to do this? Can someone help?

I just wanted to note that from my laptop, everything prints fine with prompting.

I have put genpd.app in the network directory where the .exe resides.

Does anyone have other suggestions?

Okay, what I meant to say was that it prints fine from my laptop WITHOUT prompts.
