Using forms in Excel

Hello,
Has anyone used forms in Excel for Data Entry use? I have an access query that I export to Excel, then I want to use the form feature for Data Entry only I don't want the spreadsheet to be seen, just the form. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
