using flash first time

Hi,

I want to learn flash. I instaled flash player 7.0 . But I don't know how to launch it as i don't see any icon on desktop or if I go to start/programms.

Please let me know if you know how to launch it.

If you want to learn Flash, the player won't be enough.
In the player you can only see what you did in Flash itself.
That's as if you wanted to play the trumpet on a CD.

Hi,

I downloaded the file, but when I unziped it I get error from winzip.

bad CRC b5dda91d (should be 0f48def9)
bad CRC cdc46b62 (should be 26cbcla4)

have u come across any such error. I tried both on XP professional and win2k advanced server.

Hmmm... I suppose your download is damaged, I'd just try to download it again. If that doesn't help, Macromedia's support team for sure will be pleased to deal with that problem.
I guess that the guys from Macromedia most probably will be able to give you competent advice on that.
